- Electronic Devices, such as generators, solar components, and garage motors: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. The device must be in its original condition, with all accessories, packaging, and proof of purchase.
• Wood Components: Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
3. Refund Process
- Electronic Devices: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
• Wood Components: Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
4. Exchanges
- Electronic Devices: Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged items within 30 days of purchase.
• Wood Components: Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged items within 15 days of purchase.
5. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non–refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
